Sujit Choudhry Participates In Improving “Security Sector Reform In Constitutional Transitions”

Sujit Choudhry is an expert in comparative constitutional law and politics. He pursued his law career in different US universities, including McGill University, Harvard Law School, University of Toronto, and the University of Oxford.

Choudhry is renowned worldwide for his vast experience in constitution building processes. He helped improve the constitutional system in different states such as:

The tactics addressed in the book are applicable worldwide.

Among the Security Sector Reforms (SSR) the authors highlight include the transition processes of tribal forces, militias, and controlling intelligence, military, and police agencies into democratic security institutions.
