Even though Steve Ritchie did not attend any formal college, he is a firm believer in education, and he has been quoted many times say he is a graduate from Papa John University. He believes in individual empowerment and allowing people to excel in areas of their strength. Steve is known to delegate a lot of his powers to juniors so that they can grow and excel in their careers. On the same note too, Steve believes working in groups is the best way to achieve great results. He encourages the formation of teams and supports them with the necessary resources they need to achieve their targets.
Steve is married to one Melisa, and both have two teenage daughters. During his free time, Steve and his family love to enjoy sporting activities at a local Louisville University. His love for the sport has been evident since he was in high school, where he particularly excelled in baseball and basketball, respectively.
He is the firstborn in a family of three, having been born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Up to date, Steve has been a lifelong resident of this region, and he attended Seneca high school, still at Louisville.
