He has led his company to partner with Sadie Keller Foundation, a nonprofit organization, to fight against cancer. Matthew Fleeger has managed to immobilize the Gulf Coast Western employees to join him in his course. Toys have been collected and distributed to children fighting cancer on behalf of the organisation. The company has continued to set the bar higher on its partnership with the foundation in Dallas. For instance, Mr. Fleeger so far has contributed more than $25000 to the foundation, and over the last year, the company was able to outperform its target of collecting toys by more than 25%.
Fleeger is also known for working with other charities such as Texas Food Bank, where a percentage of the company’s profits are channeled. Also, the company is associated with the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, a children’s charity, and Smile Train, a global charity that provides care for children with cleft palates.
