She says that the one thing she remembers having made a big influence on her life was her being the baby of the family. This obviously had a lot to do with her excellent development which brought her to become a leader who has done so many great things with their career. During her time as a child, she felt the need to try harder to stand out, being the youngest, which led her to make bigger goals for herself and setting out to do the impossible. So in essence, she was able to make sure that she achieved the results simply by pushing herself down the right path. In the interview, Dunn asked if she had any information which she thought would help the women that were attempting to make a spot for themselves within marketing.
To this, Mrs. Senecal pointed out that large amounts of women have made it very far in today’s marketing world. What places have women made it in? The two biggest examples of this would be the company of Coca-Cola and then the Kraft company. How have the women of today become so successful in the marketing world? The marketing world is not easy, but for those women that wish to try, there are a few skills that have helped lead the way, such as relying on instincts, intelligence, trust, respect for clients, and empathy. When you put these skills together and then add to it powerful ideas that keep a company growing strong you have the formula for a successful business. Another question asked of Mrs. Senecal at the time of the interview was what she considered to be a great lesson that she had obtained during her career. Mrs. Senecal stated for this question that she thinks it is a great leader who does not just wait for opportunities to show up at their door, but instead goes out looking for them. It is also a good thing for a woman to search within herself in order to find opportunities, looking for her own self answers. If you set your life goals high enough then you will be able to achieve the impossible.
The Careers and Education of Mrs. Senecal
At this moment in time, Mrs. Senecal has been put to the task of being CP+B’s CEO Globally. What does this mean for the duties set for Mrs. Senecal? This means that her job entitles watching over the development of the business globally and taking care of the business’s nine offices that are currently positioned internationally. In the past, Mrs. Senecal attended the university known by the name of McGill. This enabled her to get her BCom. Considering her education and career moves, it is easy to see how she has become such a strong leader and how she has been able to hold such a high position within the CP+B company.
