Career
John Sauter has prior experience before coming up with Tower 14. He has held various top positions in different organizations. Currently, he is the advisor for one of the well-recognized organizations in the real estate industry. John was a senior manager at CBRE Global Investors and completed a $2.0Billion investment transactions singlehandedly. At the same time, John made a partner in MSD Real Estate Investments. During his tenure at MSD, he completed private and public transactions. The Transactions involved stock, debt, and properties, which surpassed the $5 billion mark with and equity that exceeded the $1 billion mark. These are just some of the achievements during his tenure. The other achievements of John Sauter include; Starwood Capital’s Vice President of Acquisitions.
As Troon Golf’s President, he was able to work on transactions related to land, private equity, and hospitality. John was a partner at a real estate development and investment firm based in Santa Barbara known as Investec.
