Kevin Seawright is a financial leader, visionary operations executive and founder of RPS Solutions LLC. He has over 15 years of professional experience in property management, real estate, financing, and facilities and construction management. Also, as an experienced and highly qualified financial operations administrator, Kevin Seawright has successfully managed resources at several educational, private sector, and municipal business organizations. Serving as a Chief Financial and Facilities Officer of one Maryland’s Parks and Recreation Department, he administered over $50 million in Baltimore, Maryland and federal funding, which helped to reduce the Department’s budget deficit by almost $600,000. After more than 10 years in public service, Seawright continued his career in the private sector. One of the companies he had been working for was Tito COntractors located in Washington D.C. As a financial manager, Seawright had developed several housing projects.
