Take Care of Yourself
For any guardian to present the best to their families, they must look after themselves first. If you think negatively, you will affect your family in a bad way. Identify what makes your spirit flame at its best and find some extra time to do it.
Allow your kids to take the lead
Consult with tour kids on what best activity would work for them. Come up with a timetable with their help on what time they are comfortable to engage in different activities. Kill the day’s Monotony with physical exercises
Take your time with your kids to engage in physical activities to keep in motion. Jono and Kirsty Rowe’s: Twitter.
