A co-founder of the group and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Stream Energy Renee Hornbaker stated that this year’s theme for the retreat was “shine”. He stated that the retreat was mostly to help the women focus on shining their inner true selves through exhibiting confidence as well as inspiring others to do the same.
During the retreat, numerous speakers including Nicole Lapin, one of the best-selling authors and Mellissa Mark Garner who is a known wellness consultant gave speeches (RenewableEnergyWorld). These speakers mostly concentrated on speaking about ways of building and nurturing one’s confidence as well as ways of refining skills and a behavioral schedule that would help one reach their business goals.
